This is just too hard to look at. The Teddy strewn against the wall, the stuffing everywhere. Your pose shows the kind of pain you portray exquistely. It's just too real.

It's not very chaotic and it's brilliant in it's simplicity. Your not conveying the violence of the act, it's the emotional wasteland AFTER the fact that I see you showing. The teddy is just right, not torn to shreds but just enough. I see anger, helplessness, shame, remorse. It's all there and you can't even see your face, which adds to the effect.
